The Offer in context:
BCCSIP was formed in 2000 as a DFE pilot, thereafter becoming owned and funded as a non profit organisation through our partners. Education Central is now the trading name for BCCSIP and has been set up to support the University’s social enterprise programme aimed at raising achievement and aspiration of children and young people in the West Midlands. Our commitment to high quality services remains central to all we do.
Having worked as a successful partnership now for a decade, Education Central has an excellent track record of delivering high quality projects and services to schools. Education Central has also built a network of quality assured, accredited, individual associates and education organisations to provide capacity and bespoke support for individual schools, groups of schools and our partner local authorities.
Recent changes to Government signal a changing role for schools and local authorities with schools getting increased autonomy and resources. With the expectation that they are best placed to identify funding allocation in line with their needs and priorities. With extensive experience of brokering and commissioning for various clients and partners, in addition to designing a range of school improvement solutions, BCCSIP is in a unique position to respond to these policy changes through the provision of the Education Central "Offer"
Arts Connect West Midlands
Arts Connect West Midlands is about creating the climate, connections and capacity to ensure that all children and young people in our region have a rich arts and cultural offer, know how they can access it and how it can enhance and enrich their lives.
We are one of 10 Bridge Delivery Organisations, funded by Arts Council England to use our experience in the sector to connect children and young people, schools and communities with art and culture. This means connecting schools and communities with National Portfolio organisations and others in the creative and cultural sector, including museums and libraries.
Creative Solutions draws from a wealth of expertise and resources to offer schools the highest quality education practice, professional development services and consultancy support.
