    Working in a bespoke way with schools is the most rewarding part of all we do. We love developing relationships with leaders, teachers and their pupils, to help all to enhance and develop their skills. Much of our bespoke work is working in classrooms with groups of teachers, helping them to develop and then share their learning with other colleagues in school. Some of our projects involve designing projects specifically for groups of children, adding depth to their writing, inspiring scientific enquiry or looking at new ways to engage in problem solving in mathematics.

    Support does not take the form of mock inspection activity. We could provide that but see far more worth in working with leaders in school to explore the issues identified and support the school to address them, whether this be a subject, phase of the school or specific groups of staff. Support packages are sometimes about a series of INSET events, sometimes about a period of coaching for specific members of staff (either in relation to their teaching or leadership responsibilities) and very often a combination of both.     Working with individual schools

    We have been delighted to be involved in so many success stories in schools, either for groups of staff or the whole school. All gains are always down to the hard work of the people in schools and we are delighted to be able to support this work. It is also nice when our work is recognised by Ofsted, as was the case in a school who we met two years ago following inspection and who recently received their first ever ‘Good’ judgement.

    Working with groups of schools

    Getting schools together provides great opportunities for cost effective support and challenge to schools. We provide subject leader networks, facilitated moderation and training for a range of partners whether they be teaching schools, multi-academy trusts or small groups of schools who like to work together for CPD. Our tried and tested approach, particularly in relation to Early Years and the core subjects, blends high quality input with challenge and support.
