Outstanding classroom support in the Early Years (session 1)
The role of the adult within an Early Year’s classroom is vital but complex. Through the two sessions, practitioners will explore the vast range of approaches crucial to developing children’s learning, whilst still being able to follow their interests in play. Strategies that engage and contribute to quality interactions will be shared to maximise children’s progress. Practitioner’s confidence within the adult role will be enhanced following these two sessions.
Expand their range of interaction strategies to engage and scaffold children’s learning.
Develop their understanding of the importance of play and the role adults have within it.
Broaden their knowledge on the aspects that contribute to capturing quality observations.
